How we use it

To run the marketplace, verify users, match cases, process payments, secure records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Medical records

Records in a case workspace are encrypted at rest and accessible only to the Client and the engaged Consultant. Each access is logged. Where records contain protected health information, we act as a business associate of the Client and handle it under a business associate agreement. If a Client enables the AI first pass on a case, records are sent to our AI provider under agreements that prohibit training on or retaining the data.

Sharing

With the other party to an engagement; with service providers (hosting, email, payment processing, license verification, AI processing when enabled) bound by confidentiality; and when required by law.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. Case records belong to the Client and are retained per the Client's instructions and legal holds. Audit logs are kept for the life of the case.
