Find a nurse expert witness
When nursing care is at issue, a nurse expert explains the standard of care to the trier of fact and gives an opinion on whether it was met. Credibility depends on a match between the expert's clinical background and the care in question, and on a clean, active license.
What you get
- Consultants who state they testify, with their testimony rates
- Clinical specialty, years of practice and certifications on every profile
- License verification before any consultant can propose
- Record review, report and testimony arranged directly with the expert you hire
When firms use it
- Retaining a testifying nursing expert
- Finding a rebuttal expert
- Replacing an expert late in a case
How it works
- 1. Post a redacted brief. Case type, specialties, page count, deadline and budget. We check it for names and identifiers before it goes live.
- 2. Compare proposals. Consultants in matching specialties see it first and propose a flat fee or hourly rate. Each attests to having no conflict with the parties you list.
- 3. Hire and share records. Pay through the platform; we hold payment until you accept the work. Records go into an encrypted workspace only your team and your consultant can open.
Questions
Is testimony covered by the platform's engagement terms?+
Record review and reports are. Testimony is arranged under a separate written agreement between you and the expert, as our engagement terms describe.
How do I know the license is valid?+
We check every consultant's RN license, using Nursys where available, before they can propose, and show the verification on their profile.
Post a redacted brief, compare proposals
Describe the case without names. License-verified nurses in the right specialty send proposals with their experience and rate. Records are shared only after you hire, in an encrypted workspace.
